All data, market observations, algorithmic indicators, simulated calculations, and automated triggers delivered via the platform are intended strictly for educational, research, and technical workflow facilitation. Nothing on our website or within our software constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to purchase, sell, hold, or leverage digital assets or financial instruments.
2. Eligibility and Account Provision
To register an account or interact with the platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your home jurisdiction;
- You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding bilateral agreements;
- You are not a resident of, or accessing services from, any sanctioned territory or jurisdiction where automated digital-asset technologies violate domestic laws;

You remain solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your authentication credentials, API secret keys, and connected trading endpoints. You accept total responsibility for all actions initiated through your user environment.
3. Permitted Platform Usage and Prohibited Conduct
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to utilise the Marco Fianceza interface solely in compliance with these Terms. You agree that you shall not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, extract source code, or duplicate the algorithmic architecture of Marco Fianceza;
- Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, flood bots, or unauthorized API stress-testing tools against our infrastructure;
- Engage in abusive, deceptive, or manipulative market actions, including wash trading, spoofing, or liquidity distortion;
- Circumvent security protocols, geographic access controls, or rate-limiting measures deployed by our administrators;
- Transmit malicious payloads, worms, or trojans designed to interrupt platform integrity or access user data.
4. Third-Party Integrations and Execution Routing
Marco Fianceza may connect via application programming interfaces (APIs) to independent digital-asset exchanges and liquidity providers. We do not control, operate, or endorse external third-party venues. We assume no liability for errors, delays, execution slippage, protocol downtime, or custody failures arising within third-party exchange infrastructures.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, logos, software source code, documentation, texts, graphics, and analytical methodologies, remain the exclusive property of Marco Fianceza and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
The platform is supplied on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, either express or statutory. Marco Fianceza expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular objective, title, system uninterrupted uptime, and freedom from algorithmic inaccuracies or network latency.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Marco Fianceza, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profits, trading capital losses, data corruption, or operational interruptions resulting from your access to or inability to access our systems.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under or in relation to these Terms.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. When modifications are introduced, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued usage of our platform following published changes constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the modified Terms.
